Terms and Conditions

of EVOV SPORT s.r.o., with registered office at Za Návsí 1642/8, 106 00, Prague Czech Republic, ID No: 23400871

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and consumers when concluding purchase contracts via the online store at www.evovsport.com.


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) apply to the sale of goods via the online store operated by EVOV SPORT s.r.o., ID: 23400871, with its registered office at Za Návsí 1642/8, 106 00, Prague Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 426475/MSPH (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

1.2. The buyer is a natural person (consumer) who purchases goods for personal use and not for business purposes.

1.3. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these T&C.


2. ORDER AND CONTRACT FORMATION

2.1. The presentation of goods on the online store is informative and not a binding offer.

2.2. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the buyer’s order by email.

2.3. Before submitting the order, the buyer is allowed to check and modify the information they have entered.

2.4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a technical or pricing error.


3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1. All product prices are final and include VAT (Value Added Tax).

3.2. Accepted payment methods:

  • Online payment by credit/debit card
  • Online payment with Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Bank transfer in advance

3.3. The goods will be shipped only after payment is received.


4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. Goods are delivered via Packeta to delivery addresses or pickup points, depending on the option selected at checkout.

4.2. The shipping cost is displayed before the order is submitted and may vary based on destination and method.

4.3. Typical delivery time of in-stock items is 2–5 business days after the payment is received. Delays caused by the carrier are beyond the Seller’s control.


5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the Seller using the withdrawal form available here.

5.3. The goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

5.4. The Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

5.5. The buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and functionality.


6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

6.1. A legal warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery applies to all goods.

6.2. In case of defective goods, the buyer may contact the Seller via email and provide a description of the issue and proof of purchase.

6.3. The Seller shall respond to complaints within 30 days of receipt.

6.4. In the event of a legitimate complaint, the buyer has the right to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Discount
  • Withdrawal from the contract (refund)

6.5. The warranty does not apply to:

  • Defects resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance,
  • Wear and tear caused by use exceeding the normal expected level,
  • Mechanical damage,
  • Alterations or modifications made by the customer,
  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g. fire, water, accidents).

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

7.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR).

7.3. By submitting a logo, design, or any custom content through our custom jersey request form, the customer grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publishing on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

7.4. If the customer wishes to restrict such use, they must explicitly notify us in writing at the time of submission.


8. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR/ODR)

8.1. The buyer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid from 28.6. 2025.

9.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the T&C. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
