1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by sending a clear statement via email to info@evovsporteurope.com. You can use our withdrawal form.
2. Return Conditions
- The goods must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- If goods are returned with excessive wear or damage caused by use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., team jerseys with your logo) cannot be returned unless defective.
- The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were delivered damaged or defective.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned goods and inspect them, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 days from receiving the returned goods.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at info@evovsporteurope.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our expense.
